All CURVED cushions will be made in BOX Sew Pattern only.
Seat Cushion
Optional Piping
(Click YES to view Piping options). Piping is primarily decorative. Piping tends to reinforce seams but double piping across the front of a seat cushion can break down prematurely due to friction. Piping is only available for the corresponding Sew Pattern selected. If you would like CONTRASTING piping simply give us the name of the fabric in the comment section at the checkout page and we will confirm via email before production.
For piping fabric, you will see an option in fabric selection tab. Please select a fabric from there for piping.
Fill Material
HINGED CUSHIONS WILL HAVE THE SAME FILL MATERIAL FOR SEAT AND BACK.
-High Density & Fast Dry Foam is Recommended for all Seat Cushions.
-Fiber Fill is recommended for all Back Cushions to Maximize Comfort.
Seat Cushion
Thread
Seams should last as long as the Sunbrella fabric itself. Using cheap imported thread defeats the purpose but is frequently used by other online cushion manufacturers. We use Gore UV on all our high end cushions such as OW LEE, Brown Jordan, etc.) and it's offered as an upgrade to all other cushion types. Gore UV carries a lifetime warranty and should outlast the fabric itself. In blazing sun, Gore UV is highly recommended. In less severe sunny areas our standard USA grade thread usually lasts for years.
Fabrics
Sunbrella fabric will make your cushions last for years (usually 7-10 years depending on climate conditions). Sunbrella can and will discontinue some of their fabric at any given time. At that point we will contact you if the you ordered a discontinued fabric. If you do not see your fabric of choice in our selection, simply call us and we can help you with your order.
